THE HOOD INTERNET & KID STATIC
Shortly after performing with Kid Static at the Mr Tastees Pop Up Jam in late 2009, we decided to work on making some songs together, which became the two new songs on the eponymous The Hood Internet & Kid Static 7”, out Tuesday September 7 2010 on Whistler Records.
The artwork was designed by Chicago screenprinters/designers Delicious Design League. The video was directed by Ryan Gallagher of Lutraphobe Films. Fake Shore Drive has a link to the mp3 of “Chi City.”
Official 7” release show is on Saturday September 11 2010 at Lincoln Hall in Chicago with Hood, Kid Static, Wallpaper., DVAS, Kid Color, and Just Desserts. 18 and over. Get advance tickets here!

HOLD UP, DIDN’T YOU JUST POST A BBU TRACK: Yes we did. But now that Broken Bells’ new album is out, we decided it was time to drop this alternate version. And while we’re on the topic, if you don’t have that new BBU mixtape yet, do yourself a favor and go get it.
